Yoga with Lisa

A gentle meditative practice focusing on the mind, body, spirit connection. Incorporating meditation, physical poses and breathing techniques to build muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, relieve stress, and promote mental and physical well-being. Each class starts with a short meditation and ends with restorative poses. Suitable for everyone.

Mondays - 5:30-6:30pm (Restorative: relax and rejuvenate)

Wednesdays - 10:30am (Enjoy the many varied poses of yoga)

Fridays - 10:30am (This class is for beginners and folks getting back into the swing)
